Here is an aerosol filling line that's perfect for start-ups or sample production runs. A single operator can produce approximately 5 to 7 finished spray cans per minute. We've included everything you'll need to make it easy. The single, or dual, head piston filler is semi-automatic and will fill the exact same volume of product every time. A set of guide rails, mounted on the table, help keep control of the filled cans. The single head valve crimper features an 8 segment collet to provide a sure, leak-proof seal. The single head, or optional 5 head, gasser/shaker and tabletop labeler complete this compact aerosol filling system.
