Here is a semi-automatic aerosol filling line that's perfect for small volume production. It features semi-automatic operation to produce 1,200 to 2,400 aerosol containers per hour with only 3 operators.

The first operator loads containers on to our rotary loading table while inspecting the containers for quality. Filling, spray valve placement, valve crimping, gasser/shakers and labeliing are all automatic. The second operator takes the spray cans from the rotary accumulating table, puts the cap on, gives a final inspection and places the finished product into the cases. The third operator stacks the cases on pallets and wraps the pallets for shipping.
