This is an automatic bottle filling line for filling water and other non-carbonated beverages, like juice and liquid tea, in PET bottles. It is an automated bottling system that allows a single operator to monitor the rinsing, filling, capping, coding and labeling. It fills PET bottles at the rate of 233 bottles per minute. This highly automated filling system, as shown, is designed for water bottlers. The diagram includes water sterilization and filtering. For other beverages, you only have to subsitute the water preparation with the correct product storage and preparation.
