This is a floor plan for a complete, highly automated, bottle filling system for filling PET bottles with water and non-carbonated beverages at the rate of 233 bottles per minute. This system includes the production of all the PET bottles, integrated bottle rinsing, filling and capping, sleeve labeling, bottle coding, and shrink bundling.

This filling system is commonly used for water bottling. You can see that it has a treatment system for sterilizing and filtering water. With a different product preparation system, it is capable of bottling juice, teas and other non-carbonated beverages.
